Appleton™ ASSE Series Stainless Steel Enclosure

Appleton™ ASSE Series Stainless Steel Enclosure may be used for electrical low voltage and instrumentation connections in hazardous areas. These Increased Safety enclosures are ideal for use in wet, corrosive environments or where either continuously or intermittently, ignitable vapors, gases or flammable dusts are present. The ASSE is available in a wide range of sizes, both the enclosure and cover can be manufactured from either 304 or 316L stainless steel with smooth, continuous weld joints. Increased safety certified terminals or copper busbar can be installed horizontally or vertically. The maximum voltage is 11 kV, and is supplied with a copper busbar.

• ASSE is ATEX and IECEx Certified for use in Hazardous (Classified) Locations.
• For use with non-armored or armored cable. Supplied with earth stud.
