TXgard-IS+

CROWCON TXgard-IS+ Fixed Gas Detector is an Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) toxic and oxygen gas detector with local LCD display. Toxic gas detectors are ATEX certified for use in Zone 0,1 or 2 hazardous areas and also UL and cUL certified for use in Division 1 or 2 hazardous areas, with a wide choice of sensors available for use in a variety of applications. This Intrinsically Safe (I.S) gas detector is designed to operate safely in environments where flammable gases, vapours, or combustible dust may be present, making it the perfect choice for hazardous environments.

With an extensive range of electrochemical sensors for oxygen and toxic gas detection, the CROWCON TXgard-IS+ Fixed Gas Detector provides multi-gas detection with an uncompromising approach to safety. Rugged and reliable, the Txgard IS+ is made from tough carbon loaded nylon, with ingress protection to IP65 as standard.

Calibration can be performed locally without the need for hot work permits, as local display and buttons enable calibration without opening the junction box, minimising operational down-time. With flexible output options, simple parts replacement and long-life sensors designed to keep interruption to on-site activity to a minimum, the Txgard IS+ offers comprehensive gas detection with low ownership costs.
