Drastar DVS Series Valve is an advanced concept of valve that Drastar developed for ultra-high purity specialty gases extensively used in the semiconductor manufacturing line, bulk gas line and other facility lines. Drastar DVS Series Valve Core valves have integrated and improved all the merits of diaphragm valve, bellows valve and needle valve to best work (Drastar Patent #10-1510987). The core calve is an advanced concept of valve that Drastar developed for the ultra-high purity and specialty gas markets.

  • Improved for micro and precise adjustment
  • Pull and lock device (Drastar’s patent #10-1370537) prevents the knob from self-turning
  • Easy operation
  • Available in ¼”, ½” or ¾” port sizes with Cv values of 0.4, 1.2 and 2.8 respectively
  • PCTFE / Vespel Seat Material
  • 316L stainless steel or 316L double melt stainless steel body materials
  • Maximum working pressures of 20, 40, 250, 500 or 700 bar
  • VCR (male and female), Tube butt weld, Lok or NPT process connections
  • Applicable for 20bar(290psig) ~ max 750bar(11,000psig)
