VCR Two Stage Reducing Pressure Regulator

 

UHP Two Stage Pressure Regulators (VCR 1/4”) 2200 series is a Two-Stage UHP (Ultra High Purity) pressure regulator, and the body uses STS 316L or 316L VAR (double melt). Gas equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, high-pressure gas line, Designed for use in bulk gas lines, pharmaceuticals, laboratories and laboratories. It is more suitable for corrosive gas environment by EP (Electropolishing) treatment. Maximum pressure is 250 bar (3600 psig), outlet pressure from 0.3 bar (5 psig) up to 10 bar (150 psig) depending on model. – For use in semiconductor production lines, etc., the inner surface has been treated up to BA 15Ra grade, EP 10 Ra, 5Ra grade. – Inlet pressure up to 250 bar (3600 psig) and outlet pressure from 0.3 bar (5 psi) up to 15 bar (220 psig) depending on model.

– All processes such as welding, assembling, testing, and cleaning are performed in 100-class and 10-class clean rooms.

– It is more convenient to use by applying our patented 10-1370537 Push and Lock control knob, which completely solves the phenomenon that the initial setting value changes minutely and slightly due to the micro vibration of the gas line or external factors during use. If you press the adjustment knob, you can completely prevent the setting value from changing, and if you pull the knob forward, you can freely set the desired pressure again.
